V-Twin 38-0039 Replica 2.4 Gallon Gas Tank for 93-03 Sportster

  

Replica gas tank has a left side petcock location, and a fuel capacity of 2.4 gallons. High tunnel stock style tank features stock mounts and filler neck. It uses a 1975-up petcock with external thread for nut.

Please test fitment before painting. Tank weld seams may require filler to meet your individual requirements. Do not grind or sand the seams as this may cause leaks.

We suggest using Kreem gas tank combo kit to clean, condition and seal. This will help to stop leaks and prevent corrosion. Check petcock opening, making sure the petcock can be easily installed. Petcock fitting should be masked or plugged during painting for easy installation of the petcock.
